_What I do
As a director, I like coming in when a project is still a bit messy. When there’s a brief, some references, a client expectation, maybe too many ideas, but not yet a clear route. That’s where I can help shape the concept, tone, narrative.
As a motion designer bringing characters, branding or campaign assets into motion, guiding the eye and setting the tone.

_What I’ve learned so far
(1) From studio life
Over the past five years, I’ve directed projects, led animation teams and although my background is in motion graphics, most of the projects I directed were 2D cel animation pieces. That gave me a broader way of thinking about movement, not only as design in motion.
(2) From advertising
Advertising gave me structure and strategic instinct. It taught me how to read between the lines, understand what a client is actually asking for, and keep a concept alive when production limits or feedback start pulling it in different directions.
_What I like doing
(1) With clients
I’m especially drawn to projects where aesthetics are part of the core idea, where design and motion are aligned. That can be a film, a loopy character, a campaign, a title sequence (please), a visual system or an animated branding project.
(2) On my own
I like to explore the duality between fragility and strength through loops. I love to balance simplicity with complexity, and my work in motion features handcrafted details that blend analog and digital.
