Japan Foundation, Stage Beyond Borders
Working at Device, I had the chance to make my directorial debut with this piece, and it continues to be one of my most treasured projects. Through this work, the Japan Foundation aimed to introduce the world to the broad spectrum of Japanese performing arts. Having Louis Wes as Art Director was a stroke of luck, allowing us to visually represent this journey from tradition to modernity.

Collaborating with Requena Office from 2021 to 2023 was a blend of creativity and freedom. As motion designer and animator, I brought to life various brands and characters, always guided by Andrés Requena's creative direction while having the opportunity to infuse my animation ideas into each project.

Hwass x MACBA
Working alongside Helga Juarez as a freelance animator for MACBA's ‘Manuals de reparacions i sons còsmics' was an enriching experience, not only for the creative collaboration but also for the artistic freedom that was given to me. Helga, as the Art Director and Composer for her musical project H waas, created a visually inspiring soundscape. This project gave me the space to experiment and to play with various techniques to achieve the desired aesthetic.

Guuk
Since joining Device, a key project has been directing campaigns for Guuk, the Basque telecom operator. Collaborating with Agencia Lana, we've evolved the narrative to match each campaign's focus while maintaining Jonathan Calugi's distinctive style.
